Leadership seems more misaligned with engineering than ever

I’m 46 years old with a background in mostly infra, could and event driven systems. So I’m good with Kafka, cloud computing, and infra stuff. I’ve also done control plane work at cloud providers. My career has usually been telecom and banking. I’ve worked with a few startups in the past. I’ve had a rough past 3 years in my career.
