Is anyone truly fulfilled by this career?

I'm a Senior SWE at a startup well on its way to IPO within the next 1 to 2 years. I love working here, I've learned a lot working here, and I really like the people I get to work with But this company was also my careers jumping off point. Its only been a few years since I started here and most of anything I know now is derived from the last 3 years I've been here and about a decade of hobbyist Linux use...
