No, RAG is not dead. Please please please stop asking. If you have an LLM trained in 2025, it will not have any data about anything in 2026. if you need an LLM to reason about your internal docs, it will need to retrieve those docs to reason about them. “But what about when context windows get big enough to not need RAG?” Let me know when you can stuff the whole internet into a context window. “But what about agentic search?” Search?
